We get into my car and use my gas and my knowledge of the North County Coastal Area and mobile home parks to quickly get you to the homes and parks that fit your criteria. Using a specially designed map I made with all the mobile home parks outlined you can easily see the exact location of the park and its distance to the beach, shopping, hospitals, other cities, etc
For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. Please email me some details about what you are looking for such as city, space rent, size, number of bedrooms, price range, etc. I will then email you a list a of mobile homes that fit within that criteria. Please note that I specialize only in 55+ senior parks and only in the North County Coastal areas of Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, and San Marcos. I pride myself on repeat business and hope you'll come to understand why.

- Identify important features you need your new home to have.
- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
- Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
- Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
